
Adam has devised and/or executive produced a range of hit formats including the double Emmy Award winning Cash Cab (over 4000 episodes worldwide), Move Like Michael Jackson (BBC3), Gerry’s Big Decision (Channel 4), Trust Me I’m A Dealer (BBC2), Playing It Straight (Channel 4), To Catch A Thief (BBC1), Let Me Entertain You (BBC2), The Box (TV3) and The Golden Lot (ITV1).
Previous jobs include Head of Entertainment at Lion Television and Controller of International Entertainment at Endemol , working closely with Peter Bazalgette and John de Mol devising formats for both the UK and international markets. Adam was a key figure in broadening Endemol UK’s output from leisure and music programming into reality and entertainment formats like Big Brother (Channel 4), Fame Academy (BBC1) and Fear Factor (Sky One).
Before Endemol, Adam led the development team that created Survivor (Planet 24), which went on to become one of the most successful international formats ever. He was the co-creator and launch producer of Gamesmaster (Hewland International) which ran for seven series in the UK on Channel 4. Other producer credits include The Word and The Big Breakfast.
