From 2003-2008, Mat was Head of Creative at Lion TV. Since then he has devised/co-devised and executive produced a wide range of shows which have included: Gerry’s Big Decision (C4), Breakaway (BBC2), The Exit List (ITV), Plain Jane (MTV), The Untold Tommy Cooper (C4), Move Like Michael Jackson (BBC3), Trust Me I’m A Dealer (BBC2), Impossible (Channel 5), Bangers & Cash (Vox), Unseen Eric Morecambe (C4), Cash Cab (ITV1), Mums On Strike (ITV1), Dealing with Dickinson (BBC1), The Golden Lot (ITV1), The Big Day (BBC1), The Box (TV3) and Let Me Entertain You (BBC2).

Frances Peters has over 25 years experience as a production manager and line producer. She began her career at the BBC and went on to run her own production company with Christopher Swann. Together they won many awards including a BAFTA and an Emmy.

Having worked previously as a showbiz journalist for The Daily Telegraph and brand consultant at innovation agency What If, James joined Gogglebox from the Zodiak Media Group, where he worked as a Development Producer in the group’s central creative unit.

Sam is a development specialist who has had ideas commissioned on all major UK channels across genres including quiz, game, reality, comedy entertainment, factual entertainment and specialist factual.

After graduating in 2010 Jenny beat off stiff competition to secure a place on the Gogglebox development traineeship. An editing and photo shop whizz, her production experience has ranged from contestant casting to question writing, game development to taking photos of cheese.

Helen spent 5 years at Channel 4, where she was part of the News and Current Affairs commissioning team. During this time, she helped with departmental research and worked across Dispatches, 30 Minutes and other single documentaries.

Andrea began her TV career in 2005 as a Travel Coordinator at Talent TV working on Test The Nation (BBC1) - with 240 contestants to organise it was definitely a baptism of fire, but she caught the bug.
