Breakaway is back for a second series

The BBC has commissioned a second series of daytime quiz show Breakaway from Gogglebox Entertainment, for an unspecified run.

The Nick Hancock-fronted show, in which six contestants collaborate and compete on a giant lit-up track, has been ordered by controller of BBC
daytime Liam Keenan.

The BBC’s Pam Cavannagh will exec produce with Gogglebox’s Mat Steiner and Adam Wood.
